Contact Yoy Sheets

If you need to reach Yoy Sheets, this page has everything you need. Most messages are about something we published on Choosing and caring for sheets and bedding for better sleep, a correction or a follow up question, and those are the ones we turn around fastest.

The address

[email protected]

A single address, deliberately. Splitting it into support and sales and press inboxes would just mean three places for a message to get lost.

How long a reply takes

A working day or two is typical. Silence past a week almost always means the message never landed, so resend it before assuming you were brushed off.

What to include

The more specific your message, the faster the answer.

• What you need, in one line. Everything else can come under it.
• The address of the page in question, copied rather than paraphrased.
• Browser, device and a screenshot if you are reporting something that looks broken.

Telling us we made an error

Quote the line you think is wrong and say what it should say instead. That is enough. The editorial policy sets out what happens next, including when a correction gets a visible note.

Things we cannot help with

Three things come up often and the answer is always no. We do not intervene with other companies on your behalf, we do not give advice for one specific situation, and we do not help with accounts we have nothing to do with. The legal notice says why.

Who reads this

Messages are read by the same small group who write for Yoy Sheets. There is no outsourced desk and no intern filtering the inbox before a decision maker sees it.
